The mission of the New Chems on the Block (NCB) committee is to advocate for and provide resources to early-career professionals in the chemical sciences and related fields.

The objectives of NCB are to address specific issues facing younger scientists within NOBCChE while helping to facilitate a voice to the organization on behalf of early career professionals.

Some of the topics and issues that will be addressed will be:
